Immediate COVID-19 Relief For Vulnerable Families- Dry Ration And Medica
Covid 19 has brought the world to a grinding halt. It has left behind tears and uncertainty so, in this time of hardship, we require your immediate help to provide ration and medical kits to households in need especially in Garhwal and nearby regions.
What we do?

As per of COVID-19 relief effort, Abhidheya Foundation have distributed 200 ration kits in lockdown 2020 and 200 ration kits from the month of May 2021 to June 2021 along with 100 Medical Kits in Garhwal Region of Uttarakhand and nearby regions.

As the hardships from the first and second Covid-19 wave increase with time and the warnings of third-wave pose an uncertain future.
We plan to provide 100 families with ration and medical kits every week.
The dry ration kit is made to last a family of 5 an entire week, which includes:

Wheat Flour: 5kg

Rice: 2 kg

Pulses: 1 kg

Potato: 1 kg
-
Cooking Oil: 1 kg

Sugar: 1 kg
-
Salt: 1kg
-
Turmeric and Chilli powder: 100 gm each
Along with the Ration kit a Medical kit is also provided
to help them keep safe against Coronavirus.

By these kits we tend to provide help to fight the most prevalent catastrophe of the human world- Hunger. A full belly at night can provide us strength to face any hardship we have to see
We hope to ensure no one sleeps hungry at night.
